Changing Cleaning Companies:  Its Easier than You Think

Let’s face it. We all hate change. We put up with our phone service even though we aren't happy with them. Our lawn service messes up our landscaping every time, but we don’t fire them. The cleaning company isn’t meeting our expectations anymore, but we keep them on month after month. After all, it takes time and effort to change. And, how do we know if the next company will be any better!

But, let’s stop for a moment. This is your business we’re talking about. You can’t afford a bad image. Your staff expects a clean and healthy facility. And, you’re spending good money on a janitorial service every month and deserve to get what you’re paying for!

So, how hard is it to find a good cleaning company? Yes, it might take a little time (not if you hire Ace). But, you’re wasting valuable time trying to get your current cleaning company to change. And, chances are, they won’t get any better.

So, its time to look for another company. But, you don’t want the process to go on forever. That’s why we’ve come up with a list of 7 questions to ask the cleaning company before you hire them. And, once you’ve asked these questions, you’ll know if they’re the right company!

Spend 5 Minutes and Ask the Cleaning Company these Questions:

  1. Are you licensed, insured and bonded?

  2. Do you perform background checks on your employees?

  3. How do you maintain quality control?

  4. How often will a supervisor come out to inspect your staff’s work?

  5. What type of cleaning equipment will the company be using? See what’s in your janitor’s closet for more information.

  6. Can you provide a list of your current clients?

  7. Can you provide me with references?

If a company has been in business for a while, they should be able to provide you with a list of current clients and references. Look at what other people are saying about the company by reading their online reviews. Talk to references.

Don’t Hire another Company until they Show you the Equipment they use!

Cleaning companies often fail because they use ineffective, outdated cleaning equipment and supplies. Many companies claim that they’ll get better results. But, how do they back that claim up? What type of equipment and processes will they be using?

You Can’t Always Blame the Cleaning Crews:

We’ve found that most janitorial workers want to do a good job. Many go to work everyday with good intentions. Despite their efforts, they may not get the best results. So, why does this happen?

Its because many companies don’t equip and train their cleaning crews properly. And, without the proper tools to do the job, they’re doomed to fail no matter how hard they try!

Take Our Equipment Challenge: We’ll Demo Ours, Will They?

We are confident that our equipment and crews will provide the best possible service at the lowest possible cost. In fact, we’ll show you the type of equipment and cleaning processes we use and why we get better results. We want you to compare our equipment and processes to the competition (and to your current cleaning company). The question is: are other companies ready for the same challenge?
